I have 4 chickens 2 Rhode Island Reds and 2 Americana's 2 years and 1 yr. they have all but stopped laying eggs. I feed them layena omega 3 food and have put oyster shells mixed into there food. Also giving them vitamins/electrolytes in their water. Any other ideas. They did recently had a yeast infection which i soaked them in baking soda and water.

I was talking to a friend and mentioned about my chicken not laying and that during the shorter days of winter I have a light/heat that I keep on a timer so they lay all year. Could this be why they have slowed down? I have read all the post on different reasons why, and it's great info just wondering if this could also be a reason.
