Do you have a rooster?
I leave my fresh eggs on the counter and it's 80ish in here sometimes and they're fine. Eggs on the countertop are good for a remarkably long time.
The exception would be if you have a rooster and your house is getting above the mid 90's. Ideal temps for incubation of chickens are right around 100 but above 95 or so you might get a bit of development.
Since I have no rooster and it's not that hot here, I have no worries.
