Egg longivity

Need opinions for the counter top life of eggs. We don't refrigerate our eggs and don't plan on doing it in the future. How long can eggs stay out before becoming not edible.

But they do suggest eggs that have ever been cold/ refrigerated should continue to be stored that way, which may be a problem this time of year.
