Egg pecking pullet

Our pullets have started to lay a good bit of eggs. We are pretty good with getting them as soon as they are laid. However one day when we were out somehow an egg got cracked during laying, and one of our pulleys got a taste... now that little booger is pecking all of our eggs open! Shes not breaking the membrane, just busting one part of the shell with a good peck. We put ceramic eggs in there but she gets mad and kicks them out of the nesting box. Any idea how to correct this bad behaviour?
