I'd hate to say it, but if that is the egg you are incubating it doesn't look any good. Looks like a quiter.

If it is due to hatch, the entire inside should be almost all black (no clearness other than the air cell).

The one that ISN'T being candled was taken yesterday, on the 20th day. The other two pics of the egg being candled are around day 12-14, not around day 20!

and today is day 21 and the egg is all dark with a large, normal air sack. Still no pips, but that was expected, since the temp. has had some changes in the past, so it's gonna be delayed.
