Egg pipped out of wrong end, intervention needed?

I hatched out 100 chicks this week and only lost a handfull, all of them where in cartons.

That is why I use the egg cartons. I always get a better hatch.

The more I read the more I want to give the egg carton a try! I have some that are due the 20th. I think I will give it a shot! I will let you know how it goes!!!
