Hi, guys!

Im wondering if you can incubate quail eggs without an quail egg tray(to keep the fat side up).
I have a jonome 10 and have hatched a few chicken eggs without a tray but not sure if its ok for quail eggs too.

Thanks in advance!

To preserve heat and humidity in your incubator, you can 'turn' the eggs simply by placing a small object like a pencil underneath the edge of the incubator, and then simply move the location of that object to the opposite side two or three times daily. This enables you to 'turn' the eggs without ever needing to open the incubator.

That's a great idea! Thanks for sharing.
