Egg problem.

I have all new pullets this year. Havent had pullets starting out for probably 55 years. Dont remember all that I knew before. I dont remember eggs quite like these, They are being layed in the coldest part of winter but I dont remember frozen eggs being any different than the rest. My eggs seem to pile up in the skillet instead of looking like a normal egg. The yolk stays like a ball and is hard like it is dehydrated. Freezing doesnt change them any does it? I just dont remember this. Harold
 
Freezing an egg does make them weird. It alters the texture of them making them more like syrup. I wouldn't use any eggs that are also cracked from freezing because of the risk of bacteria.
