Nope. Leghorns, no matter the color of the feathers or the style of comb, all lay white eggs. UNLESS, the Leghorn is a mutt, and came from a cross between a leghorn and an other breed.

That’s quite more than a blood spot or a bit of blood. I wouldn’t use them nor give away.I once had a welsummer that laid an egg with blood in it every day. Since i had 2 of them I could never give away any of those eggs because they even made me squeamish to use them. They always were fed back to the chickens. After a year or so the affected hen never laid another egg again, so it must have been a problem with her ovary. Here is a thread with a few pictures that looked like mine:
