egg question

hello.
perhaps this question has been asked, so i aplogize in advance. one of my chickens starting laying. real small large nut size eggs. i think they are so cute. i cracked the egg, excited to use it in some baking tonight. it was yolk less. nothing.
what does that mean? thanks again!

They're called fart eggs. Usually they don't mean that anything is wrong with your hen. But if she's regularly laying them, I'm not so sure..

If it's one of her first few eggs, I think that's totally normal. Can't speak from experience though, still waiting on mine.
