Egg randomly falls out

Does it have a soft shell? I had that problem once when the hen laid from the roost and when I picked it up the shell was pliable. I added calcium to the feed, added yogurt to their weekly diet and viola' the problem fixed itself....
The shell is very hard. I have experience that super soft shell before with one of the other hens, it was her 1st egg. I read that new layers are still working out the kinks and can lay a few like that at the beginning. She stopped doing it after that thou. And this egg today was hard, normal shell. They have free access to oyster shells and I am also feeding them a layer feed, oh and I put a touch of apple cider vinegar in their water. I don’t think that’s it. she spends like 45 min in the nesting box, acts like she laid an egg but didn’t, and then walks off and it just falls out. So weird!

give her some spinach also it will reduce the aggression. may be she is aggresive my once bird faced same problem before and i experiment these same things. now she is laying eggs beautifully and remain for me.. lol

She is 8 months old, started laying on the 15th of January.

She is young and new to this laying thing.

It takes time for them to get it all worked out. Pullets often take time to figure out that the egg goes on the box.

Be patient she will get there.
