Egg Salad Recipe

Looking for a good egg salad recipe to use up those colored easter eggs. Never made it. Thanks

I do eggs, mayo, a bit of mustard, salt, pepper and a dash of garlic. I love putting it in my food processor, yum.

all that and a dash of sweet paprika.

I do the classic coarsely chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, dill, pepper, chopped cooked bacon and a tiny dab of the bacon grease to make it even more creamy. Heart attack on a slice of bread, but sooooo good!

I made a batch with hard boiled duck eggs last week... I had to guess at what my aunt had put in hers...
I grated the hard boiled egg, added mayonaise, chopped onion, a little garlic, salt pepper chopped celery, and pickle relish... I think I used 3 hard boiled duck eggs.. We ate on it several times.. Hubby finally tired it and thought it was good... I ate it with crackers.
