Egg setting Qs

I was wondering how you put eggs in a tray to incubator them instead of setting them in there sides

Pointed end down.

Then how do you turn the eggs do you flip the carton upside down does it give better hatch rates

If you are using a carton then you only tilt the carton from from side to side (on the long side, left to right and then back) That's just like what an electric turner does.

So you lay the carton on it's side and flip it to the other side
