Egg Shelf Life

I am sure this isn't "right" but I keep them until they float in water....

That being said, the eggs you buy at the store are at least 3-4 weeks old so you should be good with 6 weeks.
 
I have used eggs (I don't wash the bloom off before refrigerating) within the 2 month range with no issues. I just check them in water for floating when they get to be over 2 months. It really depends on their handling and honestly your comfort level

there are people who rub them with food grade mineral oil and keep them in the fridge for a year! I don't think I would go that far. I am afraid you are going to get a huge variety of answers.
