I've a bantam whose egg size has changed over a short period and was wondering what could caused this to happen? Her feed, water, pen, flock or anything else did not change. The only difference is the extreme temps. The pen is located in a very shady area and is completely open (not enclosed). But today her egg return to normal size. Just curious.
