Egg size per hen

I have 5 laying hens. 3 RIRs who are AMAZING layers! The oldest are 2 and lay almost daily.. Really nice sized eggs. The youngest is 9 mos and she is still laying really small eggs almost daily.
My barred rock lays almost daily and then she'll stop and then start again. She is broody and she complains all the time about silly things. Half the time I can't find or figure out what she's upset about.
My question is about my Delaware white. She too is about 9 mos and still laying really small eggs. Aren't they supposed to be large or extra large eggs?

From a quick search online Delaware are supposed to lay large to jumbo eggs. But no matter what the breed standard is every bird is an individual, maybe your particular bird will never get to eggs of that size.
