Hello, our slightly older hen just started laying (about 7 months old) and her egg sizes vary so much! I have kept her last 6 eggs for comparison. Is this something that will eventually even out or is that just what chickens do? Just curious. ![Stick Out Tongue :p :p](/styles/byc-smilies/tongue.png)

Those 2 larger ones are double yolkers I'd bet....not unusual for new layers.
They do vary in size, especially when just starting to lay. It can take a month or so for things to get 'regular'...but even older hens can lay different shaped/sized eggs on occasion...part of backyard chickens, you only see the sorted perfect eggs when buying them at the grocery.
