egg song for turkeys?

do turkeys do some sort of "egg song" like a chicken does? i keep my turkeys in a coop with deep litter method and have read they wont use nest boxes so im wondering if im going to have to go egg hunting everyday. mine have not started laying yet and not sure when they will but im wondering if theres any other ways to know. my hens have been more chatty lately, but my toms dont say much. they were last years hatch. do hens get louder as they come into season and get closer to laying? and does anyone else do deep litter method and go egg hunting? im hoping they wont step on the eggs or burry them so i cant find them!

I have not noticed an egg song withmy hens. I have had them drop right in front of me without a peep

really, so they drop without like, huddling down into the shavings? im just wondering if im going to have to sift thru everyday to find them

I have two that drop where and when they want, out in the open enclosure no nest. The other two make a nest in the back of the coop and generaly lay there.

I have a nest that is at the back of my pen and kind of is a 'step' down from the floor level and has a crocker sack curtain. I did this so that the turkey can feel as though they are seclusive..
