I put mine in a pulp egg carton, inside a large cooler. I lay a few gallon ziploc bags on the bottom filled with ice, then put a bath towel over top of that. THen, eggs in carton on top. I lean them up against the side of the cooler at an angle, and move to the opposite side/opposite angle 3 or 4 time per day. I bought an inexpensive thermometer at TSC that has the humidity at the bottom; you want your eggs to be in high humidity while being stored. THe temp stays perfect for me in the cooler!
