I have been getting normal sized eggs for about six weeks from most of not all of my seven hens...not really sure who is laying what. But they have all been the expected size or greater. I just found two eggs next to each other. One is about the size of a walnut and is perfect except it has no shell and no yolk. The other one has a perfect shell but is about the size of a raisin. If I hadn't found it in the coop I would have though it was a tiny bird egg....but I can't imagine a bird flying into the coop to drop one little egg...What would cause this? Do you think these are from the same hen?

Those happen occasionally. You'll hear them called fart eggs.

Shell-less eggs are normal too.

It's normal to get some slightly weird eggs, especially in the weeks after the chickens just start laying. Double-yolkers, fart eggs, shell-less eggs, white instead of brown eggs, it all happens. :P

Once my chicken's fart egg resembled the size of something like a robin's.
