I have a call duck drake and two hens. When I bought the hens the man said they will lay.. Etc.. And they are! I took the eggs and put them in the incubator because she wouldn't set on them, and it was cold out at the time. I have about 14 eggs and none of them have anything in them.?! I don't no if I left them to long waiting for her to set, or if maybe my drake isn't doing his job? Anyone have advice?
I know call ducks are hard to hatch.

Have you seen them mating? if so take an egg and crack it open to see if there is fertility. you should see a bulls eye then start collecting or give her a chance to see if she'll brood them herself. Sometimes when they first start to lay they aren't fertile.
