Egg Turner Does Not Seem To Move, Help Please

I do have some eggs in my Hovabator which also has an automatic egg turner. The egg turner always worked well and no exception at the beginning of this incubation, but now it seems to be stuck in just one position. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, can hear the motor working, but it does not seem to change the position all day long. Any suggestions on what to do?

Some times the egg's are big and hit the waffer, check that and make sure all is clear.
