Egg turner stopped working

I have a week and a half to go and my egg turner has stopped working. My temp and humidity has been perfect throughout I hate to screw it up by opening the bator to turn eggs every morning... What hsould I do???? A Little panicked...

can you put a book under one side to tilt it then move it to the other side every few hours?

That sounds like a good idea, will that be enough of a turn do you think?

I know some people turn them by hand... If I let the temp go to 101 in the am i can open quickly and turn without dipping too low... would that be a better idea?

The thing too is I don't know when exactly it stopped working, I suspect it could have been a few days. How long can they go without turning? anyone know?

put enough books under to give enough tilt... try it

No - The heater is still working and plugged into the same.
