Egg turning help?

I put the eggs like the would be in a carton (pointy side up) and turn them (pointy side down) 3 times a day. Is this how I'm supposed to do it?

No, they should be positioned pointy side down and tilted at a 45* angle over to one side, then after a few hours tilted over to the other side, through a 90* tilt, leaving them again at a 45* angle.
