Egg turning question.

If you turned egg three times in a 24 hour period. That's once every 8 hours would that be suffient.

Yep, that would be enough, but as always more is always better, just aim for an odd number of times a day so they spend the longest time they will go without turning (usually overnight) on a different side each day.
