How much variance is considered acceptable when weighing emu eggs weekly during incubation? First two weeks my eggs lost almost exactly the right amount of grams. Now, on the third week, they didn’t quite lose enough weight. They were about 2 grams away from the goal weight. Is a 2 gram variance something to be concerned about at this point in incubation?
