Egg with no shell?

Hey y'all! We think one of our girls may have layed an egg. It was in the laying box, but it literally looked like someone cracked an egg in there and took the shell. There was white (clear) and yellow (yolk) but not sure if that was an egg. They are 4 months old (hatch date march 8) we have barred rocks, RIR, and buff Orpington (we think that's a rooster but not sure will post in a different thread) we just started them on layer crumble this week. We are hoping they will start laying soon.

That can be common in first time layers as the system fires up and works out the glitches.
