Egg with weird spots on inside of shell. **PICS included**

This egg was layed yesterday. I cracked it this morning for breakfast and noticed this weird, dirty spots on the inside of the shell. The egg contents looked ok so I scrambled and ate it. There was some grittiness as I chewed. Should have probably tossed the egg instead of sending it through my digestive system.
Has anyone ever seen an egg like this? Did I just eat chicken poop? Will I live to post again?

I have not gotten an egg like that one yet. I have gotten some other less than appetizing eggs before and have always cooked them up and feed them to the chickens. That way I don't waste the egg. I raise back yard chicken for a better quality egg than what I can get from the store. If they give me something that is gross looking I am not eating it.
