What the What?????

Yes, I was watching my Delaware in the yard...she was looking odd...all of the sudden I see a yolk plop out of her vent...no shell...then a few seconds later a pinkish blob was hanging out. I grabbed some tissues and picked her up and gently coaxed the pinkish tissue...looked like a deflated membrane came out of her vent.

She went on her way....Frosty Flakes is about a 18 months old.

So what in the world caused that????? This is the second time in about maybe two months that this happened.

I have had soft shell eggs before...but this wasn't even in the membrane...any help is appreciated.

Sounds like she had a shell-less egg that broke just inside the vent. As long as you got all the membrane out she should be fine. Occasionally the egg-making process gets disordered, and eggs do not calcify. Keep an eye on her for a few days to make sure she is eating and drinking normally, and does not have any unusual discharge.
