egg yolk peritonitis? My buff Orpington is sick

Poor chick! I'm afraid I don't know, but I'll be praying for you to have wisdom to know what's best for her! Have you tried the poultry symptom checker? If you google it it may help you in your search. The best thing you can do right now is keep her comfortable. You could research avian vets in your area, if you think she's not improving. I hope someone else can give you some more insight!

For those still following this thread, first of all thank you for all the help! And also an update on my girl: last night she wasn't moving at all just laying in one spot with one eye closed. This morning when I went to check, she was up and walking around. It looks like she ate a little bit of cooked egg we gave her, and I took her outside and she was pecking and scratching at the ground. It looked like she was eating whatever she was getting from the dirt. She also ate like 8 blueberries voluntarily! She's out with te rest of the flock doing what they do. I'm taking her in at night when it gets cold, but during the day we put her outside.

I have one more update if anybody was wondering how she's doing: she just finished her 10th amoxicillin last night. She's been outside everyday with the rest of the flock, and the past 2 days she's been eating a lot more. Eating the food we bring her and eating her actual chicken food. She lost a lot of weight and had no meat on the sides of her breast bone. But now that she's eating again, I'm hoping she gains some weight back. Usually we take her in at night, but tonight she's going to stay in the coop. Thank you for all your help. She's feeling much better. :) :)

It is good to hear that she is doing better after the amoxicillin for 10 days. That is a good drug to use for internal laying/EYP or many other problems. If she has EYP, she may have good weeks or bad weeks, since it is incurable. The care you have given may extend her life. That you for the update, and hopefully, she will keep eating and feel better.
