Egg?

My 3 month old Black Australorp hen has not layed an egg yet. She was up in her coop, when all of ansudden she started screaming and ran to her nesting box! Am I about to get a tiny egg?

She should start laying next month. None of my hens have ever started laying as young as 3 months. Pullets usually start laying around 4 months old.

You might be getting an egg or she could just be scared of something
