Eggland’s best egg, chicken food Layer mini pellets

so I went to my local tractor supply & I bought my 4 month old silkie that brand in the title, it say it has a lot of nutrients & makes laying eggs faster, is it good for my chick? Or should I get another one?

You should get medicated chick starter for her and then gradually move up from there.

Yes, if she is four months old it is probably best if you get her started on some laying pellets and mix some starter in there for the medication that it has inside of it.

Is it just laying pellets or is there more than that?

Yeah just later pellets, it was saying about laying eggs, but I was hesitant on buying it bc of that, bc my tractor supply didn’t have a lot of choices mostly chick starter

It will probably be okay to give it to her then. Mix some of the starter into it and give her limited amount of scratch and grit. You should be good!
