Adding light might help, 14 hours is usually considered good. Just remember though, mother nature gives the hens time to adjust to laying eggs, and gives them a break over winter which their little bodies sort of need. Some hens lay 2 or 3 eggs, take a day or two break, then lay another day or two,,, they'll work it out.
They can survive with 24 hours of artificial light like they get in factory laying operations, and will lay more eggs faster, but that sort of cancels out why we have them doesn't it?
If they both have bright red combs and are both eating well and getting plenty of fresh clean water, they'll both be laying more soon. Those BSLs are good layers.
