Eggs are breaking in incubator!

I have had a couple of successful hatches, however, I have had 3 eggs that just broke in the incubator before hatching. I'm pretty sure at one time they were viable eggs. What could be causing this?

there could have been the tiniest cracks before incubation was finished that caused it

Could your incubator have gotten bumped? Is there someone in your family who may have gotten into the incubator?

Yes, and Yes. We had one chick that just couldn't get out and we had it open trying to help it. It might have been open for too long. After the first egg broke I cleaned out the incubator but didn't think to use bleach water. I've been reading that it might be a bacteria issue. Probably won't get any more hatches from this batch. Boo!
