Deniece, I find that my Blue Orps really take their time. They seem to be very lazy coming out of their eggs for some reason. Never had an early pipper in that breed. It's like they wake up, yawn, stretch, as much as they can, then say, "Oh, it's Day 21 already? Gee, maybe I should start trying to get out of here...after a little nappy-poo."
Speaking of bills, you still need to give me the info to pay for the batch that's coming
I have 5 pips right now (I think) the more I look at the blue orp egg the more I'm convincing myself that it's pipped. I also have one chicky drying out. It's going to be a very long day.
I have like 6 pips going and nobody getting on the stick and getting the job done. I have 1 little one in the bator wanting a friend. He keeps talking to the pips but its not getting them to work any harder.
BTW, do all chick zip counter clockwise? Just wondering.
