Eggs are mostly yolk

hmmm . daily is that bad to give them fruit and veggies daily?

It really is. It's like giving your kids a bunch of ice cream, candy, cake, pie, cupcakes, soda, potato chips, etc., and leaving the nutritious food available for them to eat "as much as they want." They're not going to want it, pure and simple. Their health will certainly reflect the fact that they are not getting a balanced diet.

I do give treats daily......but in very small amounts. By very small amounts I mean less than 1/8th cup per bird of things that are bulky like fresh veggies.
Most of the time I give scratch (winter and no garden now) that is given at about 2 TABLESPOONS worth per bird and spread out over a wide area making them look for it.

I have often wondered what makes the difference in yolk size. For a while, when I didn't have chickens, I was buying eggs from a farmer who has production red chickens in tractors, moved often. They are huge eggs, much larger than my girls lay, but the yolks are about 50% smaller. And pale yellow. And not much taste. I don't know what they feed. For a while, they also fed sprouted wheat, but it proved to take up a lot of time they didn't have. Any way, I have no answer to the question, just more questions, lol.

You all have made me realize a larger yolk means healthier - and it should be orange not yellow.

I would love more yolk in my chickens eggs. I break the yolks in my over easy eggs to spread it over a larger area.
No other opinion except I wish I lived near you, as I'm not getting enough eggs weekly and would purchase eggs from you. GC

Ehhhh...not necessarily.
Color has to do with feed content....sizes can be due to breed or individual bird.
Never good to jump to conclusions.
Still want to see a pic of this 'low albumen' eggs you have @ErnieBerley .

here's a boiled egg pic... Ameraucana (actually they were called Easter Eggers in brackets on the sign at feed store, so ....)
let me know what you think (it's blurry sorry, but you get the picture haha)
