Are the eggs fresh? Over time the albumen shrinks as moisture is lost through the shells pores that will have that effect in hard boiled eggs.

they love me !! could it be that most all are fertilized? I have 3 roosters to 5 hens right now! (unfortunately 1 of my roosters, Ayam cemani named Ayam, has to be euthanized today he's paralyzed for a week now - tried everything). other roosters are 1 - Ameraucana and 1 - splash silkie (he's got a lot of rooster energy although small)!

How much time though? I keep eggs for months sometimes, and have never seen one like the OP's before.

these eggs were layed probably Saturday and I boiled them yesterday.

Without the raw egg picture it is impossible to tell how much white is around that yolk (above and below).

I noticed when mine start laying and their eggs are slightly smaller than the rest I find the yoke to be just as big as the larger eggs
