Eggs are moving! How much longer???

Hi,

The cayugas died a while ago. One was mush inside. I think I probably killed the last Pekin. I think it was shrink-wrapped. Out of 9 eggs, we hatched 2 mallards and 4 pekins.

The last two are coming along-- eating and drinking.

Thank you SO much for all your help! About 100 second graders are thrilled and have learned so much about life cycles and caring for animals.

The ducklings will be with us for another week. They'll go to my brother's small farm to live. We (the teachers) are trying to figure a way to keep them! We are so in love with them!

Aww how sweet, good for you, now who gets them when they grow up? Remember do not allow them to swim for one week...
