At this point in your hatch the high humidity isn't going to be avoided nor is it hurting anything. Your eggs are in the hatching process, the air cell has already shrunk as much as it is going to, just open your vent holes so humidity can escape some and the chicks get some air don't keep opening it to stop humidity and end up losing all your heat those wet babies need that heat
