I recommend you do yourself a favor. Either sit on your hands or get another hobby for a few days. Nothing you can do will speed up the process or revive a dead embryo.
Any damage was done at least 3 weeks prior to collecting eggs and during the 3 weeks of incubation.

I sat watching through my incubator window from day 18 until a chick came out... I needed blinders too. Waiting is so hard!
