I'd calibrate them yourself because what's going on with this hatch is telling us your temperature is very low.

Unless you did the calibration yourself, you can assume that it was not done correctly. Not to point fingers at your dad, but the late pip tells the story.

Ok. Thank you all so much for your help. Can you guys help me with something else? The chick that had pipped still hasn't hatched. He was internally pipped for three days then I made a hole so he could breathe. Now it has been 5 days since he internally pipped and he still has a lot of blood vessels. I don't think he is absorbing them. So what do I do? Help or not? I'm afraid if I help he is going to bleed.
