*Eggs Dont Have Cholesterol until they hit hte fridge??*

Isn't that because its been proven that fresh eggs are better than store bought?  Our chickens live happier, healthier lives than battery hens since they get to see sunshine, scratch around in grass, and generally be chickens.

We all know that's so true. But some doctors only believe only in the "miracles" of modern science.

I get 'helpful information' like this all of the time. I've learned that it is foolish to try to explain, since the helpful person isn't often interested in the explanation. Saying "You might be right" is a good way to go, I've found. So my approach is to live and let live. If someone wants to believe something I believe to be incorrect that is fine by me. I won't support it, but I won't try to change their point of view, either. However, if they want me to change my opinion without an explanation, or to accomodate their beliefs into my own being in a way that is undesirable to me, then they are welcome to take a hike.

Isn't superstition a wonderful thing? Does not matter what the facts are, or how much evidence we have to support the alternate theory, some people just stubbornly insist on keeping their comfortable old superstitions.
