Eggs galore I'm getting too many eggs!

It's the holidays, so look recipes that take a lot of eggs that you might give as gifts. Angel food cake came to mind.

Do you do brunches with family/friends this time of year, or potlucks? Make an egg-heavy dish for that.

I used to sell mine on the roadside outside my house. I had the egg boxes and an honestly payment box. Worked very well, in fact in the end I couldn't supply enough for everyone. They sold fast

I just made a rainproof stand with a small sign attached saying "Fresh Eggs". I know that some people have success by putting a sign further down the road so that more people notice the "Eggs For Sale". Best of luck with it. I was trying to find a picture of mine but I must have deleted it. I don't sell eggs any more.
