Eggs Hatching ! 13 chicks!

The title says it all 12 egg should be hatching Wednesday

a couple other egg ended up under her (one of my broody CMs) so after these eggs hatch they will go to one of the other two broodys (did I happen to say I only have 4 nesting boxes?) So I'll have little babies running around soon!

Just wanted to share the news!

Edited to add 10 healthy chicks, one (#11) died, and a new baby hatched Yesterday!

Edited again to add we have a new baby chick this morning. It had pipped last night and its a EE/BR.

At least one pipped last night and 2 are pipped this morning and chirping at any movements to the eggs, Me picking them up to look, mom moving, etc.

We have a Baby!

I'm uploading her picture right now! and no I do not know if is a girl but I'm hoping and if you so much as say the "m" word.....I'm only half joking

As I edit the supject line to say the broody now has 9 chicks

here is what they are 4 BR/EE mixes, 4 EE/WL, and 1 EE/EE. Also another egg has pipped.

I'll take some pictures later.

First #11 passed away that Saturday. Now the good news

One of the eggs that was left (one was suppose to hatch with the first 11 , Plus 4 that ended up under her at various points) Hatched Yesterday!Here is a picture at 2 days of the first 10 and uploading a picture of the newest baby!
