Eggs hatching super early? What in blazes.....

I have one hen due tomorrow (hen #1) two hens do on the 7th of June (hen #2 and #3) and one due on the 10th or so. Last night, completely by accident, I found a new chick underneath hen #2 who isn't due for another 8-9 days. I convinced myself that somehow someone moved eggs around and one of hen #1's eggs got underneath gen #2. Hen 1 has the correct amount of eggs so it still doesn't make sense but okay.....now this morning there is another chick under #2 and I see another has internally pipped. What in blazes could be going on here? I have a head ache from the confusion. I mark everything on my calendar so I know dang well I'm not off in times. It's been hot but a week early???
 
It's my Cochin coop and I am in there SOO much. I remember when each hen started sitting so I'm not sure how I would have missed one for a week.
My calendar....I keep going over that in my head. The three went broody at the same time (I switched ones eggs after a few days. That's why she's behind) so I would have to have them all wrong. I keep thinking I had to have messed up but there's no way my silkie (the one with eggs hatching) has been sitting for 21 days.
I'm the only one that messes with the broodies.

My only thought is that somehow hen 1 got her eggs switched during the confusion when they first went broody. If her eggs hatch on time then that theory goes out the window.

Oh well, enjoy the ride. I just sat eggs under a broody last night. Funny thing is, she's been sitting tight to the nest for 3 days. Has not gotten up to drink, eat or poop yet. She did not exhibit the typical broody behavior: dinosaur growl, pancake posture, broody cluck. She would even let me reach under her skirt to pull out "real eggs". However, this morning, she did growl at me when I looked at her. BUT, yesterday, one of the BA gals started hanging outside the broody nest, and doing the broody cluck, growl, and looked like a puffed up porcupine all day long! She wanted into that broody nest BAD!!!
 
This silkie never growls. She's a super easy broody. She makes noise but it's more of a "hey, what's going on?". She's my most trusted broody.
