Eggs in bator today - Feb 6th hatch day!!

Well out of this last staggered hatch I ended up with two silkies and two BO's. The Cochin one seems to have quit early.
One of the buff orp's has a problem with its neck though. It keeps throwing its head back till it knocks itself over. I have given it extra vitamins to try to help and even tried to put a little neck brace on it but it squirms right out of it. I have been making sure it drinks water but I am not so sure it is eating because I haven't seen it eat but its not extra thin for a chick. Any ideas of what else I can do for it? It seems healthly except it keeps throwing its head back so its looking straight up in the air.

I have 7 chicks, I'll take a picture once they dry out a little. 2 more are pipped. I have a question: my humidity shot up to 92% I removed the plug but it still isn't going down, should I prop it open a little?

Usually no need to prop open, when they hatch, humidity will spike like that, but will go down with time. congrats on the little ones.
