Eggs in incubator day 19

Pics
One of my chicks seems a bit sick... every time it tries to move it puts its head backs and ends up falling over and lying on its back... other chicks peck it and it doesn't hardly move. When it does right itself it seems to sleep with its head at a funny angle and sort of falls back and has its wings out. I have tried to encourage it to drink sugar water but it wasn't interested. It is about a day and a half old and had been fine, moving around and feeding a bit. Other chicks all healthy atm and active. I've separated it in a little tub for the moment. Any ideas?
I may be wrong but maybe it's a vitamin deficiency? Do you have those little vitamin packets?

I don't have anything specific for chicks.... any human vits I can add to the water for them?
I'm finding it hard to keep track of them all and whether they are all eating and drinking 😄😕

Perhaps it's because I've been feeding them scrambled egg. I have chick feed for them now and am trying to encourage them to take this.

Oh gosh.. I do hope you make it in time!! I just sent 13 of my chicks to go live with my neighbor. She's very happy to add more chicks. I kept 6 of my own.
Unfortunately my little chickie died... I'm not sure what was wrong... it was so quick and wouldn't really drink anything I tried... it was all foamy at the mouth and was so weak and shaky.
Hope yours stay strong and well. I will be giving some to my mum and brother in a week or so

Oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear that!! That is as devastating as the one I had die just before pip. I am so sorry for your loss and I hope the rest stay healthy and strong.

It is hard to loose one. We learn from tragedy to not repeat hard parts.

I've had another chick fall sick and die. It was different to the first onw... this one started limping and put up a jolly good fight for a day or so. Trying to feed and get to the water but as it got weaker I separated it to a hospital tub... in the main brooder and half under the heat lamp half not. Chick could see other hens but not get trambled on etc. Unfortunately it started feeding less and it died in the night last night.

Can you give chicks a floradix dilute to give them their B vitamins? I read somewhere bantam chicks are hard to raise and often have vitamin deficiencies 😞 really don't want to loose any more chicks. Wondering if I should add something to all their water from now on.

I tried to make a homemade electrolytes water too which I have been soaking their chick pellets in as they're not keen on pellets yet. Only wet mash
