Yolk all in?

Yes. It had absorbed by this morning. He's a cute little bug. I'll get pics once I have them in the brooder.

A lot of times they don’t fully fluff up till out of the bator cause the humidity is high keeping it moist in there
You can take baby out and cuddle him too
But only being two of them I would keep baby in the bator for a bit more
This will help the other baby to keep going to hatch

I actually just had him out, lol! How the heck do they fit in those eggs??

I was going to keep him in overnight to encourage his brother to get his little fluffy hiney out of that egg.

Mace is getting more coordinated now, although still a bit floppy. It amazes me how such a complex little creature, pretty much self-sufficient at hatching, takes such a short time to develop.

My shirt was soaking wet from washing chicken feet (live chickens, with mites) so I took it off. Just haven't bothered to put another on yet.

NUTMEG JUST HATCHED IN MY HAND!

I was hearing some muffled peeps from the incubator and went to investigate. Nutmeg had flipped his egg over and was trying to push himself out. I picked the egg up and he pushed out right into my hand!

I'm also confused about their gender now... Males are supposed to have dark bills, and females are pink with a dark tip. Well, these two have greenish bills with a line down the middle, and the dark tip. Kinda like this pic from the Salt In My Coffee website:

She says this is a female. I have two girls? O_O
