NUTMEG

How the heck am I going to tell them apart?!? Oh, I'll tie a bit of twine on Mace's leg!

Congrats on the babies
I have no idea about sex on those ducks but either way adorable
My ducking had little markings on the feet I was able to tell them apart
The hawk will change in the next week or so so I go by the feet they still have their markings on the feet

The hawk?

Welshies are auto-sexing at hatch, at least most of them are. There is still a possibility that they are male, or one is, but I'll need to wait and see when they start quacking to confirm everything.

I took them both out earlier, cuddled in an old t-shirt, and just held them as I watched videos. I need to learn to talk to them more! Believe it or not, I don't talk much! I just type it all out. ;)

Auto correct
Hawk = beak lol

I'll switch the string out for a tie wrap when they're a bit older. I want to get some of the coloured ones.
The ones I found came in 3 colors green yellow and red. you might want pink and purple for your sweet girls lol

Kept them in the incubator overnight, since their brooder has been taken over by a chicken right now. Need to get her back outside once it warms up a bit (4c / 39f right now). Had to treat her for leg mites.

They are eating and drinking and are nice and active! More pictures today, lol!
