Any secret to keeping the eggs within the pepper rings?
My co-worker made these for supper last night and had the eggs run out from under the rings.

A nice flat pan, and cutting the pepper as straight as possible with a clean sharp knife!

Also making sure the pan is very hot when the egg is added will help it set up faster.

I've been having three duck eggs for breakfast every morning with salt, pepper, cayenne, red pepper, cheese, and meat..yum yummy!

Been cooking mine like this since seeing this....I have also used onions really good, just flip it over to cook the other side of the egg.
